If there is an issue with your order, you can contact us at info@caskcreative.com. If the custom item is incorrect, a replacement item will be corrected and mailed to you for free.

Due to the nature of Cask Creative being a custom personalized shop, refunds are not issued. Only replacement items will be sent out.
